One address handles everything: contact@tawaaf.com. Corrections to the dua library, errata in the Prepare or Rituals pages, suggestions for material we should add, partnership questions, technical bug reports — all of it lands in the same place and is read by a person.
We aim to read every message within a few days. We can't always reply individually, especially to general thank-you notes (which we appreciate enormously). For anything that needs a response — corrections, partnership questions — we will get back to you.
Quick guide to writing in
- Reporting a factual error in the dua library, Prepare page, or Rituals walkthrough — please include the URL and the specific claim that is wrong, plus your source if you have one.
- Suggesting a dua, ritual detail, or resource we should add — tell us what's missing and where it would fit. Citations to classical sources are very welcome.
- Reporting a bug — what page, what device, what you expected vs. what happened. A screenshot helps.
- Press, partnerships, or anything commercial — same address.

We're not on social media as Tawaaf. The whole point of the project is that the pilgrimage is too important to be turned into content. Email is the only channel; a person reads every message.
