General orientation advice
From the Jamarat
You're at the west end of Mina. Camp zones spread east from here along the pedestrian road. The further east you walk, the closer to Muzdalifah. If you saved a tent pin, the map shows the exact direction.
From a Metro station
The three Mina stations run west to east: Mina 1, Mina 2, Mina 3. Mina 1 is closest to Jamarat. Mina 3 is closest to Muzdalifah. Check the station name on the platform sign — that tells you which end of the valley you're in.
From the pedestrian road
The King Abdul Aziz pedestrian road runs the length of Mina. West leads to Jamarat and Mecca. East leads to Muzdalifah. Camp zones sit on both sides of the road. Most signs along the road show camp block numbers.
When nothing's familiar
Look for anyone in a high-visibility vest — Saudi crowd-management staff. They know every camp number. Or find the pedestrian road (the wide shaded walkway) and follow it to the nearest Metro station — station signs show the area you're in.
